Neon Warwick and our shipping partners are doing our best under difficult circumstances to deliver your order quickly and safely during this time. Due to the precautions we are taking in light of COVID-19, and overall global supply chain issues, we are experiencing longer ship times than expected.

HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP?

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, your location, and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $150 across the continental United States. Orders less than $150 will be charged a $8.95 Standard Shipping fee.

    Please note shipping rates and options can differ during holiday seasons and poor weather conditions.

    DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    We ship all around the world. Due to increased global shipping rates and delays, you may see limited shipping options. Please also be aware that you are responsible for any additional import duties and fees that may be charged by the carrier before delivery is released. We are not responsible for these extra fees and any order returned to us will not have shipping refunded.

    WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON MY ADDRESS?

    Please email us as soon as possible! If your order has already left our warehouse or returned to us as undeliverable, you are responsible for any shipping fees required to resend the package.

    I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

    To modify or cancel your order, please email us ASAP so we can assist you; we may be able to cancel orders if you contact us within 3 hours of placing the order. If you placed your order and have received your tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order as the package is already in transit by that time.

    We do not currently have a phone number for our fulfillment center.

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for this tracking information to update.

    RETURNS

    First and foremost, thank you for shopping at Neon Warwick! We understand things may not work as planned when purchasing an item, so we are here to help!

    Should you receive defective or misprinted items I am more than happy to offer you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, whichever you should decide. In this case, send an email to neonwarwick@gmail.com referencing your order number. The email must include a description of the issue, a supporting photo, and whether you would like a refund less shipping costs or replacement.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for any other reason.
